1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and installing TME (Track My Employees), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. License Grant
TME is provided as a one-time purchase with a perpetual license:
- You receive a lifetime license to use the software
- The license is for installation on your own server infrastructure
- You may monitor employees within your organization as permitted by law
- The license includes lifetime updates and technical support
- The software may not be resold, redistributed, or reverse-engineered
3. On-Premise Installation
TME is designed for on-premise deployment:
- You are responsible for providing and maintaining server infrastructure
- You control all data collected by the software
- No data is transmitted to MoonSys or external services
- You are responsible for data security, backups, and compliance
4. Legal Compliance
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Inform employees of monitoring activities as required by law
- Obtain necessary consents before monitoring employee activities
- Use the software only for legitimate business purposes
- Not use the software for illegal surveillance or harassment
MoonSys is not responsible for your use of the software or any legal issues arising from non-compliance with applicable laws.
5. Payment and Refunds
TME is sold as a one-time payment:
- No recurring subscription fees
- Payment is required before software delivery
- Refunds may be provided within 30 days of purchase if the software is not installed
- No refunds after installation and activation

6. Updates and Support
Your license includes:
- Lifetime software updates and new features
- Technical support via email
- Installation assistance
- Documentation and best practices guidance
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times are not guaranteed.
7. Limitations of Liability
TME is provided "as is" without warranties:
- MoonSys is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or system failures
- You are responsible for maintaining backups and security
- MoonSys is not liable for legal issues arising from your use of the software
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the software
8. Intellectual Property
TME and all related materials are the intellectual property of MoonSys:
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- You may not resell or redistribute the software
- Trademarks and branding remain property of MoonSys
9. Termination
This agreement remains in effect unless:
- You cease using the software
- You violate these terms (MoonSys may revoke your license)
- Legal requirements mandate termination
10. Changes to Terms
MoonSys reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.
